Las Cabinas

These identical beach cabins were built on a 1/3 acre parcel in San Miguel, Costa Rica. The cabins were designed for maximum efficiency on a reduced footprint, to preserve the natural setting. Each cabin has two floors with two bedrooms and one bath.
The walls and roof are done with masonry and reinforced concrete to withstand tropical coastal environment. Floors, doors, and trim are made of local sustainable woods. The cabins utilize Toto dual flush plumbing fixtures for water conservation.
