On the beach in Tamarindo. Casa Orquidea is on a prime site in the 4,000 acre Hacienda Pinilla with miles of white beaches, a working cattle ranch, golf, tennis and a development underway. The house is one of the nine custom houses completed in “Las Golondrinas” beach front community.
On the first floor, bedrooms and living areas are oriented to the outdoor swimming pool and gardens. The second floor has a similar arrangement with an extensive covered terrace to fully enjoy the setting. The floor plan arrangement allows for two families to enjoy a unique Costa Rican adventure.
